Andersen acquires PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados and will exceed €110 million in turnover in Iberia Banking and Finance, Infrastructures, Real Estate, Construction and Urban Planning, Corporate and M&A, Energy & Natural Resources, Technology and Telecommunications The deal positions the firm led by José Vicente Morote among the largest firms in the Portuguese market, with 223 professionals, 32 of whom are partners, and a combined turnover of €23 million. The merger adds four new practice areas in Portugal and strengthens Andersen’s presence in the country across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, property, finance and healthcare. READ MORE >>
