Juan Antonio Castro is a Partner at Andersen in the Corporate Department of the Madrid office.

He has over 15 years’ experience, during which he has specialised in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. He has advised domestic and international clients on M&A transactions across various sectors, including finance, technology and property. He also serves as company secretary to the boards of directors of various companies, including those regulated by the CNMV.

Previously, Juan Antonio worked at RCD Abogados (DWF) and KPMG Abogados, amongst other firms, as well as in the legal department of Barclays Bank PLC (Corporate & Investment Banking).
