Juan Antonio Castro is Partner at Andersen in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A Law Department of the Madrid office.

He has more than 15 years of experience and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and project financing. He has advised national and international clients on domestic and international M&A transactions in sectors such as technology and real estate, as well as on the sale and purchase of NPL and REO portfolios, among other significant transactions.

Throughout his career, he has participated in complex transactions requiring multidisciplinary coordination, providing a strategic approach focused on achieving the client's objectives.

He also serves as secretary to the board of directors of various companies, which gives him a practical and close-up view of corporate management.
