Lola Gómez

Lola Gómez is an Associate in the Competition Law department, as well as in Privacy, IT & Digital Business at Andersen's Madrid office. As part of her professional experience, she has provided legal advice to companies in various sectors of activity on Competition Law and Data Protection.
She is an expert in the management of competition law procedures, actively participating in the defence of the interests and rights of companies in situations that are detrimental to free market competition, such as cartel or antitrust situations. As a result of her professional career, she has had the opportunity to intervene in proceedings before the competent authorities such as the CNMC or the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
