Ingrid Barruz is a Partner in Andersen's Public and Regulatory department at the Barcelona office.

She has more than 20 years' experience advising companies in highly regulated sectors, such as healthcare and automotive, as well as public bodies on administrative, environmental and public procurement law.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in the drafting of national and international regulatory projects and has participated as a speaker and author in various publications specialising in environmental law.

She holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where she also completed her PhD in Law and International Economics. She also completed her education with a postgraduate degree in Politics, Policies and Environmental Regulations from Vermont Law and Graduate School in the United States.
