Ana Camps is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Andersen's Madrid office.
She has over six years of solid professional experience providing advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and operations in the audiovisual and performing arts sectors. Ana has worked at prestigious firms such as EY Abogados, Deloitte Legal, and Clifford Chance, in addition to having previously been part of Andersen's Culture department.
Her expertise includes the drafting of investment agreements, tax structuring, advising on project financing and corporate operations, as well as handling tax claims and appeals.
