David Jódar is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Law department at Andersen’s Valencia office.

He specialises in commercial law, corporate law and M&A, and has extensive experience in advising multinational companies, particularly German clients in the energy and industrial sectors.

He has been involved in the negotiation and execution of cross-border M&A transactions, as well as in investments and divestments by investment funds. He also has solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and in acting as Company Secretary for listed and unlisted companies. Furthermore, he was a member of the German Desk.

He began his career in the Commercial Department at Monereo Meyer and, since 2020, has practised as a Senior Associate at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo.
