Arancha Bengoechea is currently a Partner at Andersen and Co-Head of the Public and Regulatory Law practice.
With over 20 years’ experience, Arancha Bengoechea specialises in all branches of Public Law – Environmental Law, public procurement, administrative procedure and contentious-administrative law, Pharmaceutical Law, telecommunications and gambling, amongst others, as well as in providing legal advice to non-profit organisations, and in Procedural and Competition Law. In these areas, she has advised public and private clients on all types of projects, proceedings and legal cases at all levels of the courts.
Arancha Bengoechea has spoken at numerous seminars and conferences and is the author of several publications on public law.
In the academic sphere, she has taught on the Master’s in Business Law at Antonio de Nebrija University and at the Instituto de Empresa, where she taught the subject of Administrative Litigation.
She has been recognised by leading international directories such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, and has also been recognised by Best Lawyers in the areas of Environmental Law and Public Law.
Previously, she was a Partner in the Regulatory Group and Head of the Public Sector at PwC Tax & Legal Services, and prior to that she was a solicitor at Cuatrecasas.
