Experten

Cristina Alonso is an Associate in Andersen's Commercial Law Department at the Madrid office.

She specialises in advising national and international companies in the areas of M&A, corporate law and commercial contracts. She has participated in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, investment and divestment rounds, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of sale and purchase agreements, investment agreements and commercial contracts in general. 

Cristina Alonso also provides ongoing corporate and commercial advice, including the design and implementation of corporate structures tailored to the needs of clients in different sectors, as well as assisting collective investment institutions in their operations.
