Álvaro Mendiola
Counsel
Álvaro Mendiola is currently Counsel in Andersen's Commercial Law department at the Madrid office.
He has more than 12 years of experience specialising in corporate law and M&A, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) and shareholders' agreements (SHAs) in industrial transactions. He has also participated in corporate restructuring operations and in the negotiation and drafting of family protocols.
He began his professional career as an insolvency lawyer at Hipoges and continued for ten years at Confianz as a corporate and M&A lawyer.
