Alliances that transform knowledge. Commitments that drive talent
Academic vocation is an intrinsic part of Andersen in Iberia’s DNA. Based on this conviction, our firm is committed to the establishment of collaboration formulas between the legal-business world and the academic environment, through the implementation of initiatives that promote applied research, knowledge transfer and the development of shared spaces for reflection and innovation.
At Andersen we understand continuous training, teaching and participation in academic forums as essential pillars of our culture. This involvement translates into the development of programs, or participation in them, aimed at connecting legal analysis with current challenges, especially in complex and constantly evolving matters, such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, ESG criteria, circular economy, corporate ethics or energy transformation, among others. Areas where law and economics converge, and where our professionals can provide a legal perspective, rigorous and committed to legal certainty and real and responsible social transformation.
Our academic commitment also includes the promotion of young talent through internships, mentoring and joint projects with universities. In this way, we contribute to training the next generation of professionals, providing them with the necessary tools to face future challenges and contribute value in both the business and social spheres.
