Andersen’s Patronage and Foundations group offers specialized legal advice to all agents involved in the so-called third sector. Our team accompanies foundations, associations, non-profit organizations, patrons, companies and individuals in the creation, management and consolidation of their philanthropic initiatives, in a context in which the culture of patronage and philanthropy in our country is evolving towards more consolidated models, such as the Anglo-Saxon ones.
More entities are taking an active role in the generation of social welfare, while the regulatory and fiscal framework begins to recognize and support this effort through incentives that reduce the tax burden.
