Andersen’s Litigation and International Arbitration practice advises and represents clients in all types of civil, criminal, commercial and arbitration proceedings before all national and international bodies and agencies. Our practice covers a wide range of complex matters-including commercial, real estate, financial, contractual, agency and distribution, civil liability and tort disputes-combining a strategic approach with strong technical expertise.
The Andersen Legal team works to offer efficient solutions that prioritize out-of-court whenever possible, without forgoing a strong and highly specialized defense before the courts when the dispute so requires. The practice also integrates an outstanding specialization in economic criminal litigation and corporate criminal liability, as well as in proceedings related to money laundering, environmental crimes, intellectual property and regulatory compliance.
In international arbitration, the area has extensive experience in proceedings before the main national and international courts, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations in different jurisdictions and languages. The team accompanies clients in all phases of the arbitration process, from the drafting of the agreement and procedural strategy to the challenge, enforcement or annulment of awards, ensuring a rigorous, coordinated and results-oriented approach to cross-border disputes.
The practice combines the knowledge accumulated in the Spanish judicial systems with the international experience of legal professionals, arbitrators or clerks of arbitral tribunals, which allows us to offer a comprehensive defense in complex disputes, international transactions or litigation requiring multi-jurisdictional coordination.
