German Desk

The German Desk is a team composed of partners, lawyers and tax advisors belonging to the different areas of the Firm (Corporate, Tax, Employment, Real Estate, Regulatory Sectors, etc.) highly specialised in German-speaking clients and markets. The members of this team offer legal and tax advice entirely in German, thanks to their educational background and work experience in Germany. Some of them are also lawyers registered in Germany.

The professionals in this team have more than 20 years of experience in providing legal and tax advice and defending the interests of German-speaking clients in Spain – especially Germans, Austrians and Swiss – as well as accompanying Spanish clients in their transactions in countries such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This group serves the interests of both corporate and private clients, with a special focus on high net worth individuals.

During their professional career, the members of the German Desk have advised and continue to advise some of the most prestigious DACH companies in Spain in virtually all industries and sectors, from automotive, finance and pharmaceuticals to chemicals, retail and new technologies, among others.

Along with a deep technical knowledge of Spanish regulations and jurisprudence, the members of the German Desk are also experts in the languages and cultures of Spain and German-speaking countries, facilitating the management and overcoming of any kind of language or cultural barrier between companies, individuals and administrations.
