Andersen’s Financial Institutions practice advises banks, credit institutions, payment institutions, investment services companies and other players in the financial sector on all regulatory, contractual and operational aspects affecting their activities. The practice combines a deep technical knowledge of the financial regulatory framework -including banking regulations, MiFID II, PSD2, anti-money laundering, solvency and client protection- with a solid experience in operations, products and structures of the sector.
