In the audiovisual and performing arts sector, Andersen has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice on national and international co-productions, including film, television, theater, musicals, concerts and festivals. Our team provides support both in the legal-fiscal structuring of cultural projects and in the management of incentives, licenses and rights associated with the creation and exploitation of content.
- Production: tax and financial structuring, film finance, tax incentives, intellectual property, content acquisition, licensing, legality of new formats and TV programs, and all contracts related to international production and co-production.
