Andersen’s Banking Law practice offers comprehensive advice on all types of financial and banking transactions, both domestically and in cross-border transactions. The team specializes in corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate and asset finance, as well as the design and legal structuring of syndicated financing, debt restructuring and project & structured finance transactions. The firm also has experience in leasing, factoring, confirming, financial and international guarantees, off-balance sheet transactions, Cape Town Convention asset finance, crowd funding and ICOs.

The practice advises both financing entities and companies and financial groups in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, personal and real guarantees, and in the definition of structures that provide legal certainty and cost efficiency. Likewise, it provides support in debt restructuring or refinancing transactions, including those requiring coordination with the insolvency area.
