Raúl Ayo is a Director at Andersen in the Tax Department of the Madrid office.

Previously, he worked at DA Lawyers and at Barrilero & Asociados Law Firm, always in the tax department of the firms.

With more than 10 years of experience providing advisory and planning services to companies and  large assets, both in direct and indirect taxation, his regular clients include directors of listed companies.

During his professional career, he has specialized in advising on all types of tax verification actions and in the preparation of subsequent appeals and claims, in all instances.

His experience in planning large assets stands out, about both investments in Spain and abroad. His knowledge of the tax procedure has facilitated the successful completion of high technical complexity matters.

In the academic field, he has provided personal income tax training sessions in collaboration with an important company in the insurance sector.
