Paula Caro is a partner in the Tax area in the Madrid office.

Previously, she was a partner at DA Lawyers from 2019 until the firm's integration into Andersen in July 2021.

Paula specializes in the ongoing advice and tax planning of large domestic and foreign companies, mainly in relation to Corporate Income Tax and Value Added Tax (Spanish and EU regulations) as well as international taxation.

She has also participated in the corporate reorganization of large Spanish companies, as well as in tax planning and advice to large estates.

In addition, Paula has extensive experience in assisting and defending her clients in investigation and verification actions carried out by the tax authorities, in all administrative and judicial instances.

At the teaching level, she has collaborated in various courses at the Instituto de Empresa and is a regular speaker at various tax seminars and conferences.
