Miguel Ángel Hortelano is Partner in the Litigation area of Andersen in the Madrid office.
Previously, he was partner in the Litigation and Public Sector department of DA Lawyers since the incorporation of the law firm Forum Jurídico, where was managing partner until his integration in Andersen in July 2021.
Procedural lawyer, expert in conflict resolution, litigation and arbitration, he has thirty years of experience in the construction, engineering and public procurement sectors, technically directing complex processes and designing the defense strategy in these areas, or others. also specialized, such as aeronautical law, insurance and CR, corporate and banking law.
Miguel Ángel is a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and on other university master's degrees at various academic centres (Cardenal Cisneros, CEU, IEB, UAX). He has directed and teaches training programmes such as the ICAM Course on Building and Construction Defects, conferences on procedural practice on professional skills, health law, banking law and other specialised courses.
