Manel Maragall

Manel Maragall is Of Counsel at Andersen in the Tax area in the Barcelona office.
He has more than 30 years of experience. He specialises in the tax and legal structuring of real estate investments in Spain and abroad and also has extensive experience in mergers and corporate reorganisations and in public-private partnerships for the financing of public infrastructures.
After working at Arthur Andersen and Garrigues Andersen, he has developed his professional career at Garrigues where he was partner in charge of the real estate taxation and public sector and concessions areas.
He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of the Barcelona City Council.
