Luis Martín Guirado is currently Of Counsel in the Valuation Services area of Andersen's Madrid office.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial and real estate sector, specialising in process engineering, finance, business management and strategic management. Throughout his extensive professional career, he has advised and managed organisations and executives in different areas, including strategy, portfolio management, internationalisation, change management, business model re-engineering, executive training in international business development skills, Go2Market strategies and other management consulting services.

He is also a director of Ktesios SOCIMI, director of QPQ Alquiler Seguro Socimi, Senior Advisor of CoHispania Tasaciones and director of the Real Estate Commission of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de Madrid and FRICS (Fellow Member of RICS).

Previously, he was President at BNP Paribas for seven years, Corporate Director of Business Development at Gesvalt for six years, CEO of RKS Asset Management, Director of Private Banking at Credit Suisse, Managing Director at Roan Asesoría Inmobiliario, Vice President of Citibank and Chief Operating Officer at Génesis (MetLife - Banco Santander). In addition, between 2009 and 2013, he was Chairman of RICS Spain and between 2014 and 2015 he held the position of Director of Transactions and Market Intelligence at Sareb.
