Eduardo González is a Partner in the Real Estate department at Andersen in the Madrid office.

Previously, he was a Partner in the Real Estate department of DA Lawyers from his incorporation in 2016 until his integration in Andersen in July 2021.

He has extensive experience in advising on transactions involving major real estate assets, both in the retail, logistics and office markets and in the residential market.

His main clients are hotel chains, developers, construction companies, national and international consulting firms, Socimis and family companies with extensive real estate assets, which he advises in the drafting and negotiation of all types of real estate contracts as well as in the performance of legal due diligence.
