David Ramírez Becker
Senior Associate
David Ramírez Becker is a senior associate in the commercial law / M&A department of the Valencia office.
He has more than 10 years of experience. In 2013 he joined Lozano Schindhelm, a boutique law firm providing legal and tax advice to German-speaking clients. David specialises in the various areas of real estate and construction. He advises individuals and companies on acquisitions and disposals, property due diligence, construction litigation and leases, for private residences as well as commercial premises, land and commercial complexes. He has extensive experience in judicial and extrajudicial litigation, in Spanish and international property law and, in particular, in private law.
