Clara is Director in the Labor Law area of ​​the Madrid office.

She specializes in comprehensive labor legal advice to multinational companies in various sectors (chemical, automotive, textile, real estate, among others).

She is also, within the labor discipline, an expert in negotiating and implementing collective restructuring measures and saving personnel costs (layoffs, suspensions of work contracts and / or reductions in working hours, etc.). He has also participated in the negotiation and design of incentive systems for employee productivity.

Clara also has a long experience in conducting labor audits (due diligence) related to corporate reorganizations and the subsequent treatment of possible contingencies.

Lately, she has also been advising companies on the application of the use of new technologies in the organization of time and the form of work (teleworking, time registration systems, employee control, digital disconnection, etc.)

She also has extensive legal experience in social jurisdiction and in individual and collective mediation bodies.

In the academic field, she is a professor of the Training Course for Compliance Officers in the pharmaceutical sector organized by Andersen and Farmaforum Formación and IQS.

Clara Marín has been recognized by Legal 500 as a Key Lawyer in the area of Employment Law and, since 2022, by the international directory Best Lawyers in the area of Employee Benefits Law.
