Carmen Mozún
Partner
Carmen Mozún is a Partner in Andersen's Energy practice in the Madrid office.
With a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a specialisation in M&A from New York University, she has more than 20 years of experience working at KPMG Abogados and Baker & McKenzie, both in the Madrid and New York offices, specialising in M&A, project finance and asset finance, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
She also has experience in corporate restructuring transactions, refinancings and acquisition financings.
Camen Mozún has been recognised in the "Best Lawyers" directory as a leading practitioner in Corporate and M&A since 2016.
