Antonio Ñudi is a Partner in Andersen’s Public and Regulatory Law practice in the Madrid office and heads the Urban Planning team.
Antonio has extensive experience in advising public authorities and in-depth knowledge of urban planning and management, planning permissions and regulatory compliance, as well as in administrative litigation relating to these matters, particularly in appeals to the Supreme Court.
Over the course of his 30-year career, he has advised public authorities, companies in the property sector, corporate and private property portfolios, and financial firms that manage or participate in property investments. Furthermore, Antonio has been recognised in the Planning sector of the Chambers Europe directory since 2022.
In the academic sphere, he is a lecturer on master’s programmes at CEU, the Polytechnic University of Madrid, the Instituto de Empresa and the Real Estate Business School (REBS), where he has also delivered numerous in-company training courses. He is also a regular speaker at courses and conferences and contributes regularly as a columnist to various media outlets. He is co-author of the books “A Space for Coliving” and “The Complete Guide to Coliving”. Since 2022, he has also been listed as a recognised professional in the Planning sector by Chambers Europe.
Previously, he was a founding partner of Urbe Asesores Jurídicos, a firm specialising in urban planning and property law from its establishment in 2001 until its integration into Andersen in 2018.
