Teresa García is a Senior  Associate in the Corporate and M&A department of Andersen in the Madrid office.

She previously worked at the international law firm Squite Patton Boggs, also in the Corporate and M&A department.

During her professional career, she has specialized in Commercial Law, specifically, in M&A, due diligence processes, partners agreements, corporate law, remuneration of administrators, secretariat of groups of companies, creation and dissolution of companies and branches, corporate restructurings, distribution of dividends/reserves, commercial contracts, acquisition of assets, granting of guarantees, etc.
