Sergio Cerezo is Counsel in Andersen’s Restructuring and Insolvency department in the Seville office.

He has over 20 years’ experience in legal, corporate governance and management roles in Spain, Europe and South America. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions in legal departments, corporate resources areas and general management roles, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and strategic alignment with business objectives. He has a strong international profile and in-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in corporate environments.

He began his professional career at P&A Consultores, Abogados y Economistas, continued at Abengoa S.A. and, from 2023 until joining Andersen, held the position of Director of the Corporate Legal Department at Grupo COX.
