Rafael Salido is a Partner in Andersen’s Restructuring department at the Madrid office.

Rafael specialises in corporate restructuring and debt advisory services. Throughout his career, he has led refinancing, reorganisation and fundraising processes, playing a key role in defining debt structures and negotiating with financial institutions, funds and management teams, with a strong strategic focus.

He also has experience in syndicated processes, asset and debt sales, and decision-making within restructuring committees, as well as in the management of corporate portfolios and risk, audit and internal control functions.

He began his professional career at Banco de Andalucía (Banco Popular Group), and most recently worked at Norgestion as a partner in charge of the Restructuring and Debt Advisory division.
