Rafael Leal is a Partner in Andersen’s Tax Department at the Valencia office.
Rafael specialises in transfer pricing advice, leading the business development area of the European transfer pricing service line and serving as an active member of the service line in Latin America. He regularly advises on strategic planning, restructuring, defence and compliance projects, as well as on the negotiation of related-party transactions for multinational groups.
Before joining Andersen, he built his career at Ernst & Young, Cuatrecasas, Diageo and Grant Thornton.
