Patricia Motilla is a Partner at Andersen and is responsible for the Culture, Sports and Entertainment practice.

Previously, she worked at KPMG, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira.

Patricia Motilla has a law degree, a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE, a Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy from CEF, a Master’s degree in taxation of financial operations organized by the Madrid Stock Exchange and is a regular lecturer at specialized Audiovisual conferences. Patricia is also a lecturer in master classes in the Master of Media in the most prestigious Spanish Universities.

Patricia is highly specialized in advising companies in the audiovisual sector -cinema, theater and live shows-, from the reproduction and financing phase to the completion of the project. Her financial background has allowed her to specialize in the structuring of financial products with fiscal profitability based on underlying assets such as Audiovisual and Performing Arts.

In addition, he has extensive experience in financing and taxation of audiovisual projects, both national and international, and with foreign platforms (Originals), both in fiction and animation. He has been an assistant at major film festivals such as Cannes, Berlinale, San Sebastian, Malaga, Bollywood, American Film Market, Toronto International Film Festival among others. She has been a member of the Spain India Foundation Board which has allowed her to have a broad knowledge of the audiovisual production in Bollywood.

Patricia also leads Andersen’s Culture practice in Europe (with presence in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Poland, Ireland, Romania and Holland), creating integral projects for the producer who needs to shoot in Europe. In this sense, the department directed by Patricia Motilla manages the integral and European service for film production companies, being the coordinator and contact for all services in Europe.

She has also been publicly recognized for her work in the list of Leading Women of the year in Spain with the highest income, a ranking carried out by one of the main economic publications in Spain.

She has also been highlighted in international directories, such as Chambers & Partners in the TMT: Media ranking, and has been awarded by MMFM for her commitment to boosting the Media business between Miami and Europe.
