Nieves is a partner in the litigation department at Andersen Madrid.
She has more than 30 years’ experience in the legal field, having worked as a magistrate in courts of first instance and criminal courts in Tenerife and Asturias, and as a prosecutor in the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor’s Office before joining the legal profession. In 2013, she joined the law firm Martínez-Echevarría Abogados.
She has specialised knowledge of labour law and European Union civil law, as well as having passed various competitive examinations for judicial, fiscal and court clerk careers.
