María Soler is a Partner in Andersen’s Restructuring and Special Situations practice at the Valencia office

With over twenty years’ experience, María has built up an extensive professional career in the field of corporate insolvency, having been involved in numerous particularly complex insolvency proceedings. She has practised as an insolvency practitioner since 2014, having been appointed by courts throughout Spain, and has solid experience in the direction and management of insolvency proceedings, the transfer of business units and the defence of the interests of the various parties affected by insolvency situations. She also advises companies, creditors and management bodies in corporate crisis situations, participating in refinancing, restructuring and resolution processes for financial difficulties.

María Soler regularly participates as a speaker and moderator in panel discussions, technical conferences and specialist forums on insolvency and bankruptcy law, as well as contributing to collective works and writing articles and specialist publications on the subject.

She is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Insolvency Law Section of the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV), where she holds the position of Secretary.
