Levón Grigorián is a Counsel in Andersen’s Corporate practice in the Madrid office.

He has over a decade’s experience in corporate and financial law, advising national and international companies, financial institutions and investment funds on complex transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

His practice focuses in particular on corporate, structured and asset-backed financing, as well as debt refinancing processes in sectors such as property, energy, infrastructure and project finance. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

He regularly acts as lead adviser on capital markets transactions and as a strategic legal advisor to boards of directors, management teams, institutional investors and public bodies. Throughout his professional career, he has worked at renowned firms such as Cuatrecasas, DHH Beijing and Crowe.

He is also the author of numerous articles published in leading specialist media and journals, including the International Financial Law Review (IFLR), El Economista, La Notaría, El País and ABC. In 2026, he was recognised by Best Lawyers in the Banking and Finance category.
