José Manuel Pumar is a Partner of Andersen in the Tax area of the Seville office.
José Manuel has more than 30 years of experience that he has developed as a partner in Auren Abogados and associate in Arthur Andersen and in Espacontrol Auditores KMG.
During his professional career, he has specialized in giving tax advice to companies and business groups in various sectors and to individuals. He has been involved in many corporate restructuring processes, corporate acquisitions, succession planning and inheritance and gift tax planning, as well as in tax verification and inspection procedures and in the legal management of tax litigation and administrative appeals.
In the academic field, he has been professor of Constitutional Law and Financial Law at the University of Seville.
