José Ignacio Olleros is Of Counsel in Andersen’s Madrid office.

Previously, he worked as a partner since 1985 to 2022 at Estudio Jurídico Almagro, Olleros Abogados and Andersen.

José Ignacio Olleros is a specialist in corporate distribution, franchise and agency contracts on a domestic and international level. He provides specialist corporate legal advice on the acquisition and sale of shareholdings in these sectors, thus undertaking due diligences, preparing the Sale Prospectus, as well as formalizing merger and acquisitions transactions. Furthermore, he advises clients on corporate, employment  and tax law concerning senior executive directors.

He is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Companies in the retail and pharmaceutical sector and he has knowledge in regulatory issues and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector. Likewise, he is co-author of the Practical Manual on Compliance, in the chapter “Regulatory Compliance in the Spanish Pharmaceutical Sector”, published by Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros and Thomson Reuters. José Ignacio is also Director and lecturer of the Spezialization Courses of Compliance Officers for the pharmaceutical industry organized by Andersen and Farmaforum Formación.
