Fernando is currently a partner at Andersen in the Corporate and M&A department of the Valencia office. He has more than 23 years of work experience.

He started his professional career in two law firms in Germany, the last one being Löber, Säuberlich, Wolf in Frankfurt am Main.

In 2005 he founded Lozano Schindhelm in Valencia. He has led the firm’s expansion to other markets and geographical areas, the main milestones being the opening of offices in Denia in 2008, Palma de Mallorca in 2015, and Bilbao and Madrid in 2017.

He advises national and foreign companies in all areas of Spanish and international tax and corporate law, as well as in matters related to investments, wealth management and transfers. He also has extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, such as the purchase of companies in crisis or insolvency.

He regularly lectures on Spanish tax law. He frequently publishes articles, either as author or co-author, on various subjects, in particular corporate and tax law. He is co-author, among other books, of the chapter on Spain in the ‘Handbook on international limited liability company law’, published by the German publisher zerb-Verlag, 2016. Since 2008 he has been a visiting professor at the University of Hamburg (Master of International Taxation-M.I.Tax).Fernando is also vice-president of the Austrian-Spanish Lawyers‘ Association and member of the Board of the German-Spanish Lawyers’ Association.
