Enrique Pérez is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Law Department at Andersen’s Madrid office.

He has solid experience in due diligence, real estate transactions (asset deals and share deals), lease agreements and commercial advice related to the sector.

Throughout his career, he has participated in complex real estate asset acquisition and financing transactions, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements and other documents related to construction law. His practice combines a technical approach with a practical view of client needs.

Before joining Andersen, he developed his career at the law firms Cases & Lacambra and EY, where he gained extensive experience in national and international real estate transactions.
