Carlos is currently a Partner in the Public and Regulatory Law Department of Andersen in the Valencia office.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Zaragoza, specialising in business law, and was awarded the extraordinary degree prize as the number one in his class. He also holds a degree in Business Administration and Management.

Carlos began his professional career at Garrigues and has worked in the Public Law, Litigation and Arbitration Department of Uría Menéndez, specialising in public procurement, the environment, energy, urban and land planning. He has also developed his practice in the field of port law and special properties.

Carlos works with national and foreign clients regularly advising them in all types of commercial and real estate transactions related to his area of specialization. He also participates in the legal management of contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as civil and bankruptcy proceedings related to his area of specialization. In the academic field, Carlos is a professor in different postgraduate courses in urban planning and administrative law.
