Carla Bueno is a Senior Associate in the Public and Regulatory Law practice at Andersen’s Barcelona office.​​

Carla specialises in environmental regulation, impact assessment and extended producer responsibility. She has over 20 years’ experience in providing comprehensive advice to companies and public bodies on regulatory compliance, sustainability and environmental risk management. She also has a strong track record in public procurement, town planning law and administrative litigation, with in-depth knowledge of how the public administration operates.​​

Previously, she built her professional career at RCD Legal and Lener Abogados y Economistas, where she maintained direct contact with clients and handled all types of civil proceedings, with a particular focus on banking and financial law, as well as civil and corporate liability.​
