Andersen's Intellectual Property Department provides legal advice in relation to all intangible rights that have to do with the intellectual and creative activity of the human being and his/her person, both in the contractual aspect (transmission, exploitation of rights, etc.) and in the defence aspect (protection of rights, defence against third party infringements, etc.). The department advises both individuals and companies that in some way exploit intangible rights.

In the field of Industrial Property, the firm offers strategic and legal advice for the adequate protection of trademarks and other distinctive signs, inventions and industrial designs, from the very moment of their creation, their protection and defence against possible infringements by third parties.
