Our Financial Regulation and Fintech practice provides legal and regulatory advice to all types of regulated entities in the financial sector (i.e. credit institutions, payment institutions, financial credit establishments, investment service companies, INGCs, fintechs), both nationally and internationally. The department also specialises in the Fintech sector, providing innovative services to new players entering the financial sector. 

The area has a team specialising in authorisation procedures with regulators (Bank of Spain, CNMV and DGS), regulation and compliance, advice on adapting new regulations, cross-border operations and structures, means of payment and electronic banking, and the Fintech and new technologies sector.
