Sergio Fernández is a Partner in Andersen’s Public Sector department at the Valencia office.

Sergio has over 25 years’ experience, specializing in town planning and real estate. Throughout his career, he has advised both private companies and public authorities on highly complex town planning and property transactions, with particular expertise in the Valencian Community and a track record of contributing to the drafting of preliminary regulatory proposals.

He began his professional career as Head of the Town Planning Enforcement Section at Almería City Council and subsequently developed his career at law firms and public sector organizations, including Uría Menéndez, Pau Jurídico, S.L.P., Cuatrecasas, and Broseta Abogados.
