Ricardo Pla is Partner in the Corporate and M&A Department of Andersen in the Valencia office.
Previosuly, he worked in the Corporate department at Garrigues, Broseta, PwC and DWF-RCD.
During his professional experience of more than 15 years, Ricardo has specialized in corporate and contract law, in business reorganization operations, M&A and debt restructuring and refinancing processes.
In his regular practice he advises companies of different sectors and sizes, including startups, family offices, venture capital funds and private equity.
