María Belén Pina is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law Department at the Malaga office.

She has over 20 years‘ experience in employment, contentious and criminal procedural law, with a notable specialisation in employment law. Throughout her career, she has taken on the legal management of numerous labour and medical liability proceedings, defending professionals and organisations in the healthcare sector. She also has solid experience in litigation against public bodies and the Social Security system.

In addition, she has extensive experience in civil law, including family law, wills and inheritance, as well as in the drafting and review of contracts between individuals and companies.
