Juan Luis Vives is a Director in the Real Estate department of Andersen in the Madrid office.

He has extensive experience in large-scale property transaction services, with a particular focus on the hotel sector, construction and the management of office portfolios. In the latter area, he oversees the management of more than 40 buildings across Madrid and Barcelona.

His client base spans hotel chains, property developers, construction companies, national and international consultancy firms, SOCIMIs (listed property investment companies) and family-owned businesses with significant real estate assets. He provides comprehensive legal advice across the full spectrum of real estate law, from the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions to the conduct of due diligence processes.

Previously, he built his professional career at the law firms DA Lawyers and Ceca Magán Abogados.
