Ignacio Ruiz is a Partner in Andersen’s Tax Department at the Madrid office.​

He has over 15 years’ experience in tax advice and planning for domestic and international companies. Throughout his career, he has provided support on transactions and structures with tax implications, as well as defending his clients’ interests in proceedings before the Spanish Tax Authority, both in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, including preliminary rulings before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).​

Before joining Andersen, he worked at the following firms: Garrido Abogados y Asesores Tributarios, Dentons, EY, UHY International, Grant Thornton and AGM Abogados.
