Fernando de Rasche is Counsel at Andersen in the firm’s Commercial department in the Madrid office.
He has more than 25 years‘ experience as a lawyer, having worked in firms such as Abley Abogados and López-Hermoso, as well as in private companies, acting as lawyer and director.
During his professional career, he has specialised in advising on M&A and private investment, mainly in family offices. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, through his participation as a director in several companies. He also has extensive experience in the insurance sector.
