Eduardo Nebot is Of Counsel in the Commercial Law Department at Andersen in the Valencia office.

With more than 25 years of experience, he has a solid track record in corporate restructuring, as well as in the design and execution of joint ventures and commercial distribution channels, both nationally and internationally. He also has extensive experience in start-ups, innovation, technology, intellectual property and entertainment law.

He began his professional career at Bufete B. Buigas and later joined BDO Audiberia. His long career at RCD has allowed him to consolidate a deep specialisation in Commercial, Financial and Corporate Law, with a particular focus on venture capital and M&A transactions, both public and private.
